ISSeP is now part of the Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie! This network of scientific organizations aims to promote Francophone research, expand internationally, participate in new projects and share scientific expertise. A first collaboration is the Village project. ISSeP has been entrusted with a training mission in geolocation, cartography and environmental monitoring for Rwanda. This Village project aims to support research in Rwanda to enable them to locate, monitor and protect their ecosystems and medicinal resources. Our Remote Sensing and Geodata Unit will therefore need to provide training to empower local players to achieve these objectives. The project is funded by the AUF as part of the Collectif program. It is part of the development of Rwandan national institutions in the field of health and environmental preservation of natural medicinal resources. Find out more.
