Ghent University organizes its 69th annual symposium on crop protection. The symposium focuses on new developments in all aspects of crop protection, and brings together scientists from over a hundred different countries.
Our colleague Arnaud Giusti will be taking part as vice-chairman of the “Formulation and Application Technology, Pesticide Residues, Toxicology and Ecotoxicology” session. He will also give a presentation entitled “Assessment of children’s exposure to currently used pesticides in Wallonia”. This presentation will focus on the initial results of the biomonitoring study carried out on children living in areas of contrasting pesticide exposure. This study is part of the Moerman EXPOPESTEN project.
